Around Lansing, dental labs work mostly with dentists rather than the public, but many will repair or reline a denture directly for walk-in patients at a lower price than a dental office. Dental supply stores across Michigan generally sell to licensed professionals, though some carry consumer oral care products too. For pet dental care, ask the animal hospital whether cleanings are done under anesthesia with dental X-rays, which the American Veterinary Dental College considers the standard, and get a written estimate first.

Lansing is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lansing follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was introduced to this dental lab at the NLDA Convention last summer, and Iβve been using them ever since. I initially started sending removable cases because of the long turnaround times with our local labs, but after seeing the exceptional quality of their work, I switched all of my removable and fixed cases to them. The quality is consistently outstanding, their turnaround times are incredibly fast, and their pricing provides great value for patients. The team is also extremely responsive and always available to answer questions or provide support when needed. I essentially have them on speed dial - they always respond within minutes! Iβve recommended them to several colleagues, and weβve all had excellent experiences. Without a doubt, the best dental lab Iβve worked with in Canada. Highly recommend!

I am shocked to see all of these bad reviews. I am the office manager of a Dental Practice and we have been using this lab since we opened and have send them probably 1000 cases. They are an excellent lab and we are very happy with them. They do good work, communicate very well and if there ever is an issue it is resolved quickly. I highly recommend them!!

Send upper and lower denture to process. They sent me back a pair of denture that does not belong to this patient. It was embassing to deliver these two dentures in front of patients without looking like a fool. Calling back the lab but the manager simple do not care. told me that it will turn out in a week or two. NO follow up. I tried to call back two days after waiting for ten minutes to talk with receptionist that the mixed up denture is picked up and returned I should not be charged against my account for their mess up. He actually told I would be charged for their mistake. I lost four hours of time to get this case setup and lost my teeth that was sent to them. At the end the unprofessional staff is so bad and told me that will charge me for their mistake. Stay away from this lab because they got wrong people working there. Help.

they seem to be unable to understand basic anatomy. they are printing mandibular custom trays with the handle horizontal. they consistently fail to set posterior mandibular teeth on the ridge. They mismatch tooth moulds. overall a horrendous lab. I called to talk to them about these issues and the call gets dropped. They are so inept, It's rumored they send their cases to China. Avoid at all costs. I partnered with Dandy Labs and they set me up with a digital workflow for free. my lab costs per arch are $150 cheaper and of actual quality. It allows me to complete dentures in 2-3 appointments instead of 5 with this terrible NDX lab Avoid Dental Arts NDX at all costs

I wish we would have been told of all fees involved. There were a lot of hidden charges they don't tell you about. What lab charges you to articulate the model? It's more $ to send a scan. No thank you.
